Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists of multiple properties covering a total area of approximately 6.5 acres and owned Rosebridge, LLC. The parcels comprising the Site are identified as TMKs: (1)1-2-014-049, 062, 063, 064, 082, 083, 093; (1)1-2-015-001, 002, 005; and (1)1-2-016-019. The property includes (but is not limited to) the following street addresses that are zoned for commercial use: 2295 N King Street, 2229 N King Street, 2329 and 2329A N King Street, 923 Owen Street, 820 Umi Street, and 828 Umi Street. The site was developed for residential use by 1914 and was occupied by multiple dwellings, and motion picture theater. The Site previously operated as a shopping center and bowling alley from the 1950�s until its redevelopment in 2007. Unocal operated a service station and automotive repair shop on the parcel bounded by King and Umi Streets from 1956 through August 1991. The service station structures were completely removed the first half of 1992. The current Site structures were constructed in 1955, 2007, and 2013.
