Additional Property Attributes

Former Showcase Cinema property vacant since 2006. The 10 acres parcel is zoned for mixed use.

Former Use: Parcel was used primarily for agricultural land up to the 1970s when it was purchased by National Amusements, Inc. A multi-story building and associated parking lot was constructed in the 1970s and operated up to 2006 as a cinema. The building has been vacant since closing in 2006.
