Additional Property Attributes

Property was used as tannery for approximately 100 years. Previous environmental studies and clean-up was done at the site, but not to the extent needed for a State Act 2 Liability Release. The owner, the grantee, is looking to redevelop the property for light industrial use. Grantee was awarded a Clean - Up Grant in June 2020, and is proceeding with the planning for close out of the Assessment Grant and implementation of the Clean Up Grant.
