Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property, currently owned by Mr. Edwin Wilbanks and Ms. Angela Wilbanks Anderson, comprises approximately 4.4 acres. The subject property is developed with an approximate 75,000 square-foot brick building with asphalt-paved parking to the west and a concrete pad adjoining the southeast corner. A covered canopy adjoins the south end of the building, an approximately 900-square-foot brick garage is located on the southwestern portion of the subject property, and an approximate 100-square-foot storage shed is located on the concrete pad. The PET Milk Company operated an evaporated milk processing facility at the subject property from approximately 1927 through 1970. Specific information pertaining to the PET Milk Company production processes, hazardous substance or petroleum products use, or waste production were not available from sources reviewed. However, the building was reportedly equipped with a 40-gallon chemical tank for fire suppression and a storage tank of unknown capacity used to store gasoline was previously located on the southeastern portion of the subject property. The subject property was utilized for refrigerated and frozen storage space as well as by a heating and cooling company from 1978 until 2016. Since 2016, portions of the subject property building have been leased to a motorcycle club, a plastic recycling company for repackaging purposes, and a recording studio; a garage on the subject property has been leased to a private individual. The subject property was previously owned by Mr. Howard Hatcher.
