Additional Property Attributes

ACM was identified in the gray/black joint caulk material and black utility pipe wrapping. LBP was identified in the metal orange paint on the underside (steel) structure of the bridge. Former Use: The property (bridge) is currently owned by the City of Monteagle TN. A non-profit rails to trails organization, the Mountain Goat Alliance, is seeking to obtain the property to extend their current trail system over Interstate 24. The bridge was constructed in the early 1970s and is an abandoned rail bridge.
