The Old Chamber of Commerce Building and property are located on the southwest corner of Forestry Road and Sun Bear Avenue. The main building was reportedly constructed in the 1930s. No time frame was available for the construction of the log cabin or the patios on the site. Asbestos abatement occurred in 2022. Cleanup completion report and reuse planning to ensure continued protectiveness were done in 2023.
