Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property area was developed for industrial purposes (including various mills, furniture factories, oil houses, power plants, a foundry and manufacturing facilities) from 1836 through 2000. The buildings on the Property have been used for storage of vehicles and various materials since 2005. Portions of a mill and/or tail race canals were present on the Property from at least 1870 through 1928. The Property owner at the time of this assessment was Steve Brunsink. The area surrounding the Property at the time of this assessment was developed with former manufacturing buildings used for storage, residences and wooded land.
