Additional Property Attributes

In the course of the Phase I ESA conducted in 2023, the potential for contamination to migrate from adjacent local filling stations was identified as a REC. Additionally, the potential for contamination to migrate from the nearby former B&O railroad operations was identified as a REC. The only on site REC was the potential for contamination from a vulcanizing facility which seems to have operated on the subject property between 1921 and 1952.

Over the course of the Phase I ESA walkthrough and the LBP, Radon, and Mold Inspections, it was observed that some ACM removal appears to have taken place.
