Additional Property Attributes

Property is a full city block covering approximately 0.24 acres. The site is currently mostly vacant containing some unoccupied buildings and warehouses. A portion is currently used for parking, and there are some storage stockpiles associated with nearby construction. Previous use of the site was mostly industrial with a steel and fabrication business, foundry, coal yard, and laundry plant. Some residential and minor commercial uses were historically present at various times. Surrounding properties are predominantly used for warehousing and commercial purposes but were more industrial historically. Redevelopment plans still pending. Future use of the site is expected to be mixed use (residential and commercial).
