Additional Property Attributes

This property was purchased by the State of Wyoming for the construction of a State office building. The property was located in a former industrial area with past uses including the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad, a wool warehouse, oil well supplies, an asphalt plant, an auto body shop, and a beer house. During the Phase II materials inside the building were sampled that revealed asbestos containing materials. The State was able to use the Phase II results to guide asbestos abatement inside the buildings. An additional Phase II investigation was conducted to determine if vapor encroachment concerns and radon would be an issue once a new proposed office complex is built.
