Additional Property Attributes

The Toccoa-North Broad Street site operated as an ice company from around 1893 to the 1980s. The site includes an approximately 0.46-acre tract of wooded land with a small paved driveway and partially buried concrete foundation from a razed structure. During site operations, the site utilized ammonia, fertilizer, and coal. Former on-site structures included warehouse buildings, a building for making ice, an ammonia tank, and coal and fertilizer storage areas. Future uses of the property may include mixed-use area of residential, recreational, commercial/retail, and light industrial.
