Additional Property Attributes

The area assessed under the Phase I ESA is an approximately two acre area of a larger, agricultural parcel. The two acre area included a farmhouse, a shed, a well house, gravel driveway, and a grove of trees. The house was constructed in the 1940s and has only been used as a residential structure. It has a well and septic, and has a natural gas connection. Asbestos-containing building materials were suspected but not confirmed. Additional investigation would be necessary prior to demolition. The planned future use is to remove the structures and build a building to house a market for agricultural-related products.
