Additional Property Attributes

The property has been home to the Midvale Fire Station since 1958. This site falls within the boundaries of the Sharon Steel/Midvale Tailings facility, which was used for ore milling and smelting of lead, copper, zinc, and other metal sulfides until 1971. Reuse plans for the property included a mixed-use, multi-family development.
