Additional Property Attributes

The site was constructed in the early 1900's as a grade school, and was used for multiple decades. The facility was closed by the 1990's and the building and parking lot was demolished. In recent years the site has been used by the Greater Huntington Parks and Recreation District for green space.
Building materials used during construction and/or renovation of the structure may have included asbestos containing materials and lead paint. During demolition, it is believed some building materials were placed in the basement area before the structure was razed and then covered with soil.
