The site consists of one parcel totaling 0.13 acres in size, and continues operation as offices and program space. The property was first developed for single-family residential use in 1905 and by 1925, was converted to apartments. Multi-family use continued through at least the 1970's and presumably through the late 1990's when the present owner acquired the property. Since the late 1990's the property has been used to host day programs.
