Additional Property Attributes

"EPA conducted a Phase II Environmental Assessment at the property. Surface and subsurface soil samples were collected and samples were collected from the soil pile to determine whether a release of hazardous substances associated with past site activities occurred and impacted the site. Concentrations of metals, such as arsenic, cobalt, and vanadium were present in soil samples at concentrations that exceeded WVDEP VRP standards. Additionally, VOC and SVOC concentrations of Benzo[a]pyrene, Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[b]fluoranthene, Dibenz(a,h)anthracene and Indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene concentrations exceeding the standards were found in at least one or more soil sample. VOCs, PCBs, and pesticides were detected in soil samples, but none exceeded WVDEP VRP standards.
Asbestos was not detected in the soil samples."
