Additional Property Attributes

This was a shared Phase 2 paid by GFDA, MT DEQ & Property Owner. GFDA has completed there portion of the phase II with thier cooperative agreement funds, but MT DEQ hasn't completed their portion of Phase 2. The purpose of the phase II sampling was to determine if there are hazardous building components within the existing site structures as well as determine the extent and magnitude of subsurface petroleum hydrocarbons and dry-cleaning solvent contamination related to the former gas station south of the site (Holiday Station Store #267) and former drycleaners at the site (Carriage Trade Cleaners). The Phase II has not been completed and it is unknown whether contmainants have been found above benchmarks. Therefore, it is unknown whether cleanup is needed at this point in time.
