The City of Cheyenne is interested in potentially redeveloping and carving out approximately 2.4108 acres of the parcel to construct a new City of Cheyenne Fire Department facility. The facility would occupy the undeveloped southeast corner of the larger portion of the Ashley Furniture Retail Plaza parcel. The approximately 2.4108 acre sub-parcel subject property currently consists of an undeveloped dirt, gravel, and grass-covered lot. The sub-parcel subject property has historically been a vacant dirt and gravel lot and has never been developed with any structures.
