Additional Property Attributes

In 2022, A Targeted Brownfields Assessment (TBA) Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was conducted at 13 residential units, and two community buildings located on the Spirit Lake Reservation in Benson County, North Dakota. The Spirit Lake Nation requested the TBA to evaluate homes for presence of regulated asbestos-containing material (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), mold, and methamphetamine residue from usage or manufacture. ACM, LBP, methamphetamine, and mold were found in the building materials of the Jon Tollefson property, and lead was identified in the soil of the dripline of the property building.
