Additional Property Attributes

The subject property hosts a church building and a school building. The church building is currently in use, but the school building is vacant and unsecured. Asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint, and mold are prevalent throughout the school building. The school building is in very poor condition and appears to be unsalvageable. All ACM must be properly removed and disposed of before any building demolition begins.
