Additional Property Attributes

The previous owner wen through a bankruptcy, abandoning this property, which is not county-owned due to back taxes. The availability of Brownfield assessment funds enabled the county to complete needed assessment activities. This property is located along a major trucking route slated for expansion to 5 lanes. County used this property for fire training and the structure burned to the ground. A strip mall will be built.

Former Use: The site is a 2-acre commercial property along a major route in Twin Falls County. The site was operated as a gasoline service station from 1990-1995. It was owned by the county on back taxes and auctioned off to the current private owners.
