Additional Property Attributes

The final document related to closure was the Covenant Not To Sue which was recorded in Custer county on 2-25-2011. The Certificate of Completion letter was issued on 8-24-2010. The Certificate of Completion was recorded with Custer county on 9-9-2011. �The Certificate of Completion indicates successful implementation of the approved Voluntary Remediation Workplan for this Property.�

Former Use: The property is one of 5 parcels within an historic mining district, Idaho State Parks and Recreation purchased the property on June 29, 2006 totaling 500-acres for preservation as a State Park. The Pacific Mine property is moderately to steeply sloped, and variously covered with conifers, mountain mahogany, sagebrush and high desert shrubs and grass. This property contains several historic mining structures including adits, waste rock dump living quarters, office space, ore chutes, concentrators, mills, etc.
