Additional Property Attributes

Nearly half of this property is a wooded greenfield area and has more than 4,600 feet of natural and undisturbed Ohio River frontage. The property may be developed as a recreational vehicle campground and resort park. The property is located directly across from West Virginia Route 2. The Brooke-Hancock region does not have a full-service recreational vehicle campground and resort park. Utilities to the property include: sanitary sewer service from Brooke County, domestic water from the Village of Beach Bottom, and electricity from the Monongahela Power Company. There are no direct zoning regulations applicable to any portion of the property. The property is located 15 miles from Wheeling and is therefore convenient to a larger and more varied population base. The property presents an opportunity to introduce a new business to the region. (PPF - Beech Bottom West Parcel, 5/9/06)

Former Use: Vacant land covered with vegetative growth with four small masonry buidlings, used for river quality testing, located on the property.
