Additional Property Attributes

The property is owned by the Durum Triangle Growth Corporation, a local economic development organization. Once an assessment, and if needed, cleanup is completed the Durum Corp has an out-of-state company interested in purchasing the Property. Presently there is approximately 1500 cubic yards of used sand casting waste piled outdoors on the property. It is suspected that the sand may contain elevated levels of lead and sand. Other closed drums of unknown chemicals/wastes are located at the site.

Former Use: The property was originally agricultural, cultivated until 1995, when the Integra Castings Facility was built on the property. The facility ceased operating in June 2005.
