Additional Property Attributes

The aquisition of the Stanely tools facility has produced 100 jobs in southwestern Vermont. PPF - Stanley Tools, 9/14/06

Former Use: The property has been a manufacturing facility (originally owned by Eagle Square) since 1817. In the early 1900s Eagle Square was purchased by Stanley Tools. Historically carpenter tools were manufactured at the plant. In 1992 Bennington County Industrial Corporation purchased the property in 2002 TSG Grat #2 purchased the property. In 2004 Bernstein Display purchased the property and is the current owner. Several Phase II assessments were completed on the following dates 3/28/1989, 7/3/1991, 11/13/1991, 1/13/1993, 5/1/1995, and 1/1/2002. The property will be used as a mannequin manufacturing facility.
