Additional Property Attributes

The grant award allowed the State of Delaware to provide valuable environmental health data to prospective developers/purchasers of the property. The area in which this property is located has seen significant development in the past couple of years leading to a significant improvement in the aesthetics of the area as well as enhancing the economical value of the area. The State along with the leading developers would like to see this trend down the Market/Walnut St. corridor.

Former Use: Scrap metal, debris and appliances storage area for the metal recycling facility.
