This was a potential site for the future downtown library. The property was to be donated to the Tulsa City-County Library upon successful passing of a bond issue that would fund the new facility. The bond issue failed. (PPF - 9/6/05)

Former Use: One city block currently clear and vacant. Historically was used for primarily multi-unit residential although some parcels had commercial use.
