Additional Property Attributes

80 + acres of vacant property. Canyon County wishes to utilize this property for the Canyon County Fairgrounds. Wishes assistance in conduction due diligence in order to gain BFPP status under CERCLA. (PPF - Frank Field - vacant , 01/29/07)

Former Use: Owned by the Frank family, no current use, may have been used to grow agricultural crops in the past. Adjacent parcel was a crop dusting air strip (see PPF for Frank Field R36388). No known contaminants. Fear of soil or ground water contamination from neighboring strip, specifically agricultural chemicals (pesticides). Confirmed detections in soil/groundwater at adjacent property per private testing.
