Additional Property Attributes

Using EPA funds the Grantee prepared an initial Phase I and lead and asbestos report on behalf of the Somerville Community Corporation who had the property under a purchase and sale agreement. SCC has since purchased the property. PPF attached to QR 1-3, 10/1/05-6/30/06
