Additional Property Attributes

Under the 2006 Assessment grant, this vacant Former Used Car Lot and Gas Station on the corner of Lincoln's two major streets, 48th and O Street, was assessed. Today the site consist of CVS Pharmacy, built in 2010.

Former Use: Former used car lot and former gas station. City of Lincoln purchased property to clear the property for future development and road and other infrastructure improvements.
