Property Highlights

Former Use: Former automotive repair and body shop, accounting offices for automobile dealership. Facilities were burned in early 1990s. Remedial action was performed in 2002;however, groundwater was not characterized. Groundwater is known to be contaminated with PCE and petroleum hydrocarbons at property boundary. Property was sold to Raplh Austin, who performed limited Phase II and independent cleanup intended for industrial/commercial use. Conover Bond purchased property following review of Phase II and Independent Cleanup Action pending Brownfields RLF.
