Additional Property Attributes

A Remedial Investigation Report was prepared in May 2007, and a Limited Historical and Environmental Records Review in July 2007.

Former Use: This property operated as Ellis Dry Cleaners from the early 1950s until 1986, during which time approximately 900 gallons of drycleaning chemicals, PERC, were disposed of on the property. When the property was purchased for a new small business space, the owner was unaware of the environmental issues associated with dry cleaners and site assessments were not required at the time of purchase.
