Additional Property Attributes

Property owner gifted this land to the Town of Kingfield late 2012 with the exception of two acres including and immediately adjacent to the Mill building. The town uses the property for green space including a ball field.Owner intends to re-develop the 2 acre Mill site into an assisted living center. The building was donated to the towns volunteer Fire Department to be burned for training purposes.
