Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A residential building was constructed on the property in 1945. In 1983 the property was converted to commercial. Status prior to 1945 is unknown. The property was formerly occupied by an air conditioning company between 1988 and 2006. There were several previous owners including the Las Vegas Air Condition Exchange. Currently, the property is a vacant 806 square foot former residential building, driveway, and unpaved yard, zoned as "commercial/retail (redevelopment area) (R-A/CR)." (PPF, 3/20/07)
