Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is a grass-covered, vacant parcel located on Woodrow Avenue and owned by the City of Boston. The Subject Property is an irregular-shaped lot that contains trees throughout the Subject Property. The Subject Property is bordered by chain link fence to the north and southeast. The northwestern portion of the Subject Property merges with the adjacent lot identified as 4-6 Woodrow Avenue. currently, there is no designated access gate or driveway to the Subject Property. However, the Subject Property can be accessed from the adjacent property (4-6 Woodrow Avenue). The 0.07-acre grass-covered, vacant lot is owned by the City of Boston. The City of Boston Assessing On-line Database records that the Subject Property is exempt from classification. The assessor�s records indicate that the description for property type was reported as �Exempt� for the year 2006. The Subject property is listed as property as �Commercial Land� between 2003 and 2005. The assessor�s records also indicate that the description for property type was reported as �Exempt� between 1993 and 2002.
