Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is a formerly owned by the Columbus clay manufacturing Company. The clay pit/brick manufacturing facility was leased and used as a demolition landfill in 1973. The Property was issued a solid waste disposal license by the Ohio EPA in May 1975. The Bedford II landfill reportedly accepted waste until August 1978. The landfill operated for a period of approximately 5 years and was closed in 1978.
