Additional Property Attributes

Redevelopment of this site created up to 34 jobs through the redevelopment stage and represents owner investment of 1.2 million. Combined city/county property tax revenue is estimated at over 22,000 annually. This former mica plant has been converted into 20 eco-friendly condominiums in the historic Biltmore Village area of Asheville. Over 60 of the construction debris was recycled into the site.
