Additional Property Attributes

According to historical data provided by the consultant, the existing property was built in the early 1900s. The property consists of 2 parcels of 18 and 19 stories, both of which are combined as one structure. There is evidence of water infiltration and water damage throughout the structure. All mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, fire sprinklers and elevators are non-functional. Asbestos, lead-based paint and feral waste required extensive cleanup.

Former Use: The property was formerly used as commercial office space and was vacant from 1979-2015.
