Additional Property Attributes

The property is being redeveloped for new city offices and as open space for city residents. (PPF � Manzanola Train Depot, 10/23/06)

Former Use: Though little information is known about the subject property, records indicated that the Santa Fe Train Depot building was constructed on the property in 1912. Prior to that time, the property was vacant land. On a 1929 Sanborn map, the Depot building is present on the map while the reminder of property was indicated as vacant land.
