Additional Property Attributes

Property is located along a rail line in a mixed use neighborhood.

Former Use: The site is an abandoned manufacturing facility with associated outbuildings. The property was undeveloped until 1938, when the first building was constructed. The facility was expanded in 1954 and 1957. The property has been used to manufacture paper containers since 1938 under a variety of owners.
