Additional Property Attributes

Property is municipally-owned. The local Selectboard is planning to market the site for private development. If that is deemed infeasible, municipality will look to use site for municipal purposes. Potential end use includes "Town Garage" functions.

Former Use: Past uses include shirt manufacturing and plastics manufacturing. Last use was a department store when the building burned in 1980. Four story building burned, debris was buried on-site. Town acquired property due to tax sale.
