Our Phase I report was used to encourage a potential purchaser to enter into a purchase agreement with the owner. Some limited Phase II work was done by owner to rule out concerns raised by Phase I report. Sale was completed and a new business opened.

Former Use: Property is unused with two vacant buildings used for truck repairs. Former use as a trucking facility ceased operation in 2003. Property has been on market since then. Site was listed with State due to removal of 5 UST's in 1989, limited Phase II work in 1998, and a SMAC letter issued in 2000.
