The Phase I ESA found the need for further investigation of the site due to prior use of the property by the dental lab and possible use for automotive repairs, as well as possible asbestos and lead-based paint in the building. In addition, the site may be impacted by use of two adjacent sites as a gas station and towing company. The J. Frank McAneny Museum proposed to purchase the property for museum use, however, they backed out due to cost of repairing the building.

Former Use: Vacant 8,950 square foot building, constructed in the late 1940s or early 1050s on a 0.5 acre lot. Former dental laboratory that moved from the location in 1998.
