Property is located along the US Highway 30 realignment corridor. Phase II is recommended

Former Use: One commercial building is situated on the parcels, which total approximately 0.36 acres. The commercial building is currently used for the operation of S.J. Smith Welding, a welding supplies company. The site was initially used as a residence but was historically used as an auto body shop/auto repair shop and welding supply company circa 1981 through circa 1991. Circa 1996 through the present, the site was used for the SJ Smith Welding Supply company.
