Additional Property Attributes

Property currently includes a vacant one-story building and is owned and occupied by ABS Builders, LLC. Property was undeveloped prior to 1953 and was used for a short duration for marine equipment storage (but not repair). Suggest Phase II because upgradient sites were identified as Hudson County Chromate Sites, and southern and western portions of the subject site were used as part of the Lehigh and Central Railroad operations.
