Additional Property Attributes

Property currently includes a one-story building used by Angela's Auto Repair as well as an office trailer. The office trailer is fenced off from Angela's Auto Repair and is used by Amlu Motors, Inc. for automotive sales. The site has historically been used for residential and commercial uses, including a service station in the 1950s and boat sales/repairs in the 1990s. According to the owner of Angela's Auto Repair, underground storage tanks associated with the service station were removed from the site prior to his ownership. Suggest Phase II because: the site includes one 275-gallon aboveground storage tank and several five-gallon buckets of oil; the site was historically used as a service station and includes three vent pipes associated with former on-site underground storage tanks; the site's eastern boundary is the Morris Canal, which was filled with non-indigenous soil in 1924; two adjacent sites were identified as containing Chromium Ore Production Residue; an adjacent property located within 500 feet north of the site is listed as a Leaking Underground Storage Tank site that has impacted more than one media; and concrete staining was found within the garage and two 55-gallon drums of oil and an hydraulic lift.
