Additional Property Attributes

This former service station continues to get best and highest use out of existing structures. Located at the intersections of East 53rd Street and Avenue F, this popular car wash is one of Austin�s primer car care centers. The 0.287 acre tract houses a car wash structure consisting of four wash bays, one office and an equipment room. Three vacuum stations are located east of the car wash structure. The property owner is planning to remove the tanks and make additional improvements to the property including �going green� initiatives.

Former Use: Property was opertating as a Conoco service station between 1958 and 1980. It is currently used as a car wash business.
