Additional Property Attributes

The site is located at 301 West Broad Street in Texarkana, Bowie County , Texas. The site is a 0.08-acre tract of land that was formerly improved with a two-story masonry structure constructed in the 1800s. Between 1888 and 1900, a third story was added to the structure. The site historically consisted of numerous addresses, including 301 West Broad; 329 and 330 Maple Street; and 115 and 117 Texas (formerly Maple) Boulevard. Reportedly, previous businesses that have occupied the site include: The Courier (printing), Meier the Tailor, Aycock Distributing Company, Hotel Courier, City Finance Service, Friendly Loan Service, Academy of Beauty and Lucille�s rooms. The site has since been cleared of all former structures and is currently unoccupied.
