Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently occupied by a sign company. The site was previously occupied by an auto repair garage. Previous to these recent site uses, Exxon Corp. and then James Elrod owned the site and operated motor fuel USTs. The number of USTs at the site is uncertain. Sanborn maps depict two historic underground tank locatios. The TN UST database lists one 500-gal kerosene UST at the site that is temporarily out-of-use. No UST closure assessment has been conducted at the site to date. Limited soil testing at 13-15 feet revealed TPH as GRO at 1200mg/kg and EPH at 300 mg/kg.
