Additional Property Attributes

The property was used in the development of a right-of-way for the CSX railroad. Prior to the construction of the railroad, the property contained two residences. The property is currently not being utilized. As of December 2007, the Environmental Assessment has been completed. No funding has been currently secured for this redevelopment project. The property is to be redeveloped into greenspace or used for commercial purposes. No Phase II Enviornmental Assessments have been conducted as of December 2007.

Former Use: The parcel was utilized as a right-of-way for the CSX railroad. The property previously contained two residential buildings prior to the construction of the railroad.
